Chez Quis Maitre D' is a minor character in the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off and is the maitre d' at the Chez Quis fancy restaurant in Chicago. He is played by Jonathan Schmock.

Chez Quis Maitre D' first appeared when he sees Ferris Bueller, Cameron Frye, and Sloane Peterson waiting to be seated while Cameron loudly states that he wants to leave because it "gives [him] the creeps". Chez walks over, and Ferris impersonates himself as Abe Froman, the sausage king of Chicago.
